By using this website (justhang.com.tr), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before using the site. These Terms are written to meet the requirements of the European Union, the United States, and Türkiye; where mandatory local law grants you greater rights, those rights prevail.

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Elif Akman İnan (operating the justhang.com.tr website, the “Site”) and any person using the Site (the “User”).

2. Scope of Service


justhang.com.tr is an e-commerce site for presenting and selling handmade textured fiber wall art. The products, prices, campaigns, and service terms offered through the Site may be changed by justhang without prior notice.

3. Use of the Site


The User agrees to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The User undertakes not to:


  • attempt anything that would obstruct, damage, or disrupt the operation of the Site; 
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or probe its security vulnerabilities; 
  • harvest content from the Site by automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.); 
  • place orders or create accounts using misleading or false information.

4. Account Creation & Security


Users who create an account confirm that the information provided at registration is accurate and current. The User is responsible for account security and for all activity carried out through their account, and must contact us immediately on noticing any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property


All designs, text, images, logos, graphics, photographs, video, and software on the Site are the exclusive property of Elif Akman İnan (justhang). Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.


Images of justhang artworks may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided the source is credited and a link to justhang.com.tr is given. The Seller reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any infringement.

6. Product Information & the Nature of Handcraft


Product images, descriptions, and prices on the Site are for information purposes. Depending on your screen, very slight differences may appear in the true color tones of the products. Because each piece is made to order, entirely by hand and unique, small variations arising from natural materials (wood and cotton cord) may occur. These variations are not defects; they are a natural result of handmade production and craftsmanship, and do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

7. Orders & Pricing


Prices are displayed in your selected currency (USD base; EUR and GBP also available); for customers in Türkiye, prices are shown in Turkish Lira and include VAT (KDV). justhang reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but the price at the moment of ordering applies once an order is placed. justhang reserves the right to cancel any order on justified grounds in the case of out-of-stock items or suspicious transactions.

8. Delivery


Because each piece is made to order, the preparation and dispatch time is 7–10 business days. We offer free worldwide shipping via express couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS); for orders to the USA, delivery is DDP (duties included). justhang is not responsible for external delays arising from force majeure or from the courier.

9. Returns, Personal Data & Cookies

10. Limitation of Liability


justhang does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. justhang is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from technical faults, transmission delays, or third-party links during use of the Site. Nothing in this clause limits the User's mandatory statutory rights.



11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Nevşehir have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. For consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence also have jurisdiction, based on the monetary thresholds announced annually under Law No. 6502. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.

12. Changes


justhang reserves the right to update these Terms of Use without prior notice. Updates take effect on the date they are published on the Site. Continued use of the Site means the updated terms are accepted.
