Every justhang piece is made to order in our studio in Cappadocia, entirely by hand and just for you.
Production & Shipping Process
- We carefully prepare each piece without compromising on quality; our production-to-dispatch time averages 7–10 business days.
- For orders placed over weekends or public holidays, production begins on the next business day.
- We offer free worldwide shipping on every order.
- Your piece is shipped via express couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS, so it reaches you safely and undamaged. For orders to the USA, delivery is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties are included, with nothing extra to pay on arrival. For orders to other countries, local VAT or customs duties may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility.
- Once dispatched, international express delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your destination.
Updates & Tracking
- When your order is handed over to the courier, an automatic notification is sent to the email address and phone number you provided at checkout.
- Using the tracking number in that message, you can follow your piece's journey in real time. Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier's operational processes.
Payment Options
Card Payment (Visa / Mastercard)
You can pay securely with Visa or Mastercard on all your purchases. Our payment infrastructure meets international security standards (256-bit SSL and 3D Secure), and your card details are never stored on our systems.
Bank Transfer (SWIFT)
You can also pay via international bank transfer (SWIFT). Once you've confirmed your cart, simply choose the “Bank Transfer (SWIFT)” option at the payment step. Please get in touch with us for our banking details.
Important: So that we can confirm your payment quickly and begin production right away, please include your order number in the transfer description.
