When Receiving Your Piece
All justhang pieces are made with care in our studio and packaged meticulously so they reach you undamaged. When taking delivery from the courier, always check the outer box for any dents, tears, or opened tape.

If you notice any damage to the box, please ask the courier for a "Damage Assessment Report" before signing the delivery documents, and refuse the parcel by returning it. With a report on file, we can start the claim process for damaged shipments on your behalf right away. Please note: if a damaged parcel is accepted without a report, courier companies do not accept liability, and returns/exchanges cannot legally be processed.
