Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with the invoice; used or damaged items are not accepted for change-of-mind returns.
General rule (US & EU customers): For change-of-mind returns, return shipping and any customs/import charges on the return are paid by the Buyer.
Customers in Türkiye: For the right of withdrawal (cayma hakkı), the Seller covers the return shipping cost; the Buyer is not charged return shipping when using the carrier the Seller designates DHL.
Custom and personalized pieces (custom size, color, or composition) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This exclusion does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
