Membership Agreement


This agreement governs membership accounts on justhang.com.tr and is written to meet the requirements of the European Union, the United States, and Türkiye. Where mandatory local law grants you greater rights, those rights prevail.



1. Parties


This Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) is concluded between Elif Akman İnan (the owner of the website www.justhang.com.tr, hereinafter “justhang”) and the user who registers as a member of the site (the “Member”).

2. Subject of the Agreement


The subject of this Agreement is to define the terms on which the Member benefits from the products and services offered on justhang's website, and the rights and obligations of the parties.


3. Rights & Obligations of the Parties


3.1 The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during registration is accurate before the law, and that they will promptly compensate justhang in full for any loss arising from inaccurate information.


3.2 The Member may not share their password with any other person or organization; the right to use the password belongs solely to the Member. The Member is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

3.3 The Member agrees to comply with applicable law when using www.justhang.com.tr and not to breach it. Otherwise, all resulting legal and criminal liability rests solely and exclusively with the Member.

3.4 (Intellectual Property) The Member acknowledges that the copyright in the handmade textured fiber wall art, designs, text, images, and logos on justhang's website belongs exclusively to Elif Akman İnan. Copying, reproducing, or using this content and these designs for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Protection of Personal Data


The Member's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law. The Member can find detailed information about how their personal data is processed in our Privacy & Security Policy.

Legal basis — EU: GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Türkiye: Law No. 6698 (KVKK). US: applicable state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA).


5. Termination


This Agreement remains in force until the Member cancels their account from the account panel, or until their membership is cancelled by justhang. If the Member breaches any provision of this Agreement, justhang may cancel the membership and terminate the Agreement unilaterally.

Legal basis — EU/US/Türkiye: general contract and consumer-account terms; this clause does not limit the Member's mandatory statutory rights.


6. Entry into Force


Registering as a member means that the Member has read and accepted all the terms of this Membership Agreement. This Agreement is concluded and enters into force the moment the Member registers and approves it electronically.
